The FM5B urea flow meter for AdBlue dispenser is a supporting component for AdBlue dispensers. It consists
of a flow meter body, top cover, crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, distribution valve, distribution valve seat,
and adjustment device. The flow meter features four symmetrically arranged pistons, discharging exactly 0.5 liters per
complete cycle.The combined pump delivers the medium into the flow meter. The pressure difference between the inlet
and outlet drives the pistons, which drive the connecting rods and crankshaft, and then the distribution valve.
Through the valve's switching action, the pistons perform reciprocating motion for continuous metering.Key components
such as the crankshaft and connecting rods are made of 304 stainless steel; the cup seal is made of FD-3 modified
PTFE; seals are made of nitrile rubber. All materials comply with applicable standards for wear and corrosion
resistance..
The shell has two kinds of aluminum alloy coating and 304 stainless steel for users to choose. Internal parts are all
304 strainless steel,wear resistance,acid and alkali.
