The Liquid Control Flow Meter is designed for high-flow refueling and fuel pipeline metering. This flow meter incorporates a fluid chamber consisting of one blocking shaft and two displacement shafts, which rotate in synchronization with matching gears. When fluid enters the chamber, the blocking shaft rotates under pressure, driving the two displacement shafts to rotate as well. The fluid then flows through the chamber to the outlet. Through this mechanism, linear flow is converted into rotational motion within the flow meter. The flow rate is determined by counting the rotations of the blocking shaft, and this signal can be transmitted to a counter or sent as pulse data to a computer for processing..
