This efficient disposal is a typical case of the oil gun digital intelligence project of the oil retail company empowering the lean operation of the power station. It is understood that the oil gun anomaly monitoring program independently developed by this project was officially launched and put into operation on January 5th. The project deploys a "smart control center" for 1,291 fuel nozzles within the jurisdiction. Relying on intelligent monitoring, precise early warning and rapid response mechanisms, it comprehensively enhances the operation and management level of fuel nozzles, injecting new digital impetus into the lean operation of refueling stations.

To address this management pain point, the oil retail company, based on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology, has advanced the digital and intelligent project of oil nozzles and successfully developed an abnormal monitoring program for oil nozzles. This program can automatically log in to the petroleum data platform and the ERP-B27 system at regular intervals, accurately collect key operating parameters such as the number of times the nozzle is raised, the refueling duration, the refueling volume, and the verification accuracy, and build a multi-dimensional coverage and fully unified basic database of oil nozzles. The program is equipped with three major functional modules: management, operation and maintenance, and benefits. It uses RPA technology to quickly compare and screen abnormal data, and through the Petrochemical Pass platform, it will push the early warning information to the person in charge of the retail management department and the regional manager in a targeted manner, assisting relevant personnel to initiate repair reports or take optimization measures in the first place, and promoting the efficient and closed-loop resolution of problems.
