The unloading flow meter is a portable metering device suitable for multiple petroleum products. This unloading flow meter detects oil temperature, turbine rotation, and liquid level inside the pipe to calculate flow rate and volume in real time, displayed on the digital readout. Equipped with dual handles and quick-connect couplings at both inlet and outlet, it is easy to carry, quick to connect, and simple to operate. An oil sight glass allows visual inspection of fuel condition, and the digital display supports segment recording and total accumulation.
In operation, the unloading flow meter is connected to the discharge port – fuel flows by gravity, passes through the liquid level sensor, and drives the turbine to rotate. The Hall sensor receives the turbine rotation signal, the temperature sensor detects fuel temperature, and the digital display integrates all signals to calculate flow rate and volume in real time.

Installation and Operation
Before installation, check the seals on the quick-connect couplings. Connect the unloading flow meter vertically between the discharge outlet and the delivery hose – ensure the outlet is at the lowest point, with the meter axis at a 15° angle to the horizontal. Inlet connection length ≤80mm, hose diameter ≥80mm, hose length ≤8m. After installation, confirm all connections are secure. Reset the unloading flow meter to zero, confirm the indicator light flashes, open the valve to start unloading – the meter will begin measuring immediately. Close the valve after unloading, wait for the reading to stabilize, and save the data. Multiple records can be viewed in the history log.
