2 Inch LPG Pump is an industrial-grade vane pump specially designed for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) transfer scenarios. It is widely applicable to high-demand working environments such as unloading gas from tank trucks and filling LPG cylinders. Its core advantage lies in the revolutionary CAM design and heavy-duty bearing structure, which can effectively eliminate cavitation and significantly extend the service life of the pump body under high pressure difference and high speed conditions. In terms of core performance parameters, this pump head supports a rated speed of 680 RPM, a flow output of 18m³/h (approximately 300L/min), a maximum working pressure of up to 28.6Bar, and is equipped with an internal relief valve with a pressure difference of 12Bar to ensure system safety. In terms of technical details, the pump head adopts a single mechanical seal structure and a large-sized non-metallic push rod, which not only simplifies the maintenance and replacement process but also meets the heat dissipation requirements for high-speed rotation. In addition, its cast iron material structure, combined with the NPT 2" inlet and outlet design, enables it to maintain reliable sealing and corrosion resistance within a wide temperature range of -32°C to 107° C. It is an important basic component for achieving domestic substitution and standardization in the LPG refueling equipment industry chain.
