Wenzhou Supertech Machine Co., Ltd. offers the 2 inch LPG pump with motor, a rugged vane pump for liquefied gas and ammonia transfer in high differential pressure, high-speed, low suction conditions. Revolutionary cam design eliminates cavitation, while advanced materials and heavy-duty bearings extend service life. Single mechanical seal simplifies maintenance, and large non-metallic push rods enable high-speed rotation. The pump features precision housing, synchronized rotor-blade assembly, roller bearings, and multi-sealing system. Proper tensioning and 80-mesh inlet filtration are required. Priming before startup and avoiding closed-discharge operation ensure reliability.
The 2 inch LPG pump with motor is a vane pump specifically designed for the transfer of liquefied gas, ammonia water, and similar media. It is particularly well-suited for harsh operating conditions involving high differential pressure, high-speed rotation, and low suction head. Featuring a revolutionary cam design, this pump effectively eliminates cavitation. The application of advanced cam and blade materials, combined with heavy-duty bearings, significantly extends the pump's service life. Its single mechanical seal design simplifies maintenance and replacement, while the large non-metallic push rods enable high-speed operation. The 2 inch LPG pump with motor is widely used in tank truck loading and unloading, as well as bulk transfer applications.
Product Structure and Core Components
This vane pump mainly consists of four major assemblies: support components, transmission parts, bearings, and seals. The support components are composed of shaft end covers, pump housing, pump end covers, an eccentric bushing, and rotor cover plates, with each section clamped together by tie bolts to form the working chamber. The transmission parts include the drive shaft, vanes, rotor, and vane push rods. As the drive shaft rotates, it drives the rotor, which in turn forces the vanes to rotate at high speed along the inner wall of the eccentric bushing under the action of the push rods and centrifugal force, thereby generating the pressure differential required for fluid delivery. The bearing assembly consists of cylindrical roller bearings and needle roller thrust bearings, while the sealing system includes O-rings, oil seals, and a mechanical seal. This structural design ensures stable operation of the 2 inch LPG pump with motor under high-pressure and high-speed conditions.

The 2 inch LPG pump with motor is engineered to deliver robust performance in demanding liquefied gas transfer applications. Driven by a powerful motor and featuring 2-inch NPT connections, the pump is built to handle high system pressures with a substantial differential pressure capability.
Installation and Tensioning Adjustments
For belt tensioning adjustment, first remove the guard and the three V-belts, then loosen the four mounting bolts at the motor end. Adjust the motor position using the adjustment bolts. Once adjustment is complete, tighten the nuts on the adjustment bolts and securely fasten the four motor mounting bolts. Special attention must be paid to ensure that the face of the motor pulley is aligned with the face of the pump pulley on the same plane. After that, reinstall the V-belts and the guard in sequence. It is important to note that the V-belts should not be over-tensioned after adjustment, as excessive tension may reduce pump service life, increase noise, or even cause seizure
Operational Precautions
To ensure long-term safe and reliable operation of the 2 inch LPG pump with motor, the following precautions must be observed during use:
1.An inlet strainer with a mesh size of 80 mesh or finer must be installed at the pump inlet to prevent impurities from entering and damaging internal components.
2.Before starting the pump, any trapped air must be expelled and the pump chamber must be fully filled with liquid. Failure to do so may result in pump heating, vibration, and "dry running," which can cause pump damage or even equipment accidents.
3.The motor rotation direction should be checked before startup to avoid reverse operation.
4.Prolonged operation with the discharge valve closed should be avoided, as this will adversely affect pump service life.
Proper adherence to the above operating procedures will maximize the performance advantages of the 2 inch LPG pump with motor and extend its service cycle.
