When installing and using a liquefied gas flow meter, pay attention to the following points:

1. Avoid vibration and strong magnetic fields at the installation location, ensure that the LP gas flow meter is coaxial with the pipeline, and avoid shear stress.

2. When the pipeline is long or close to the vibration source, supports should be installed upstream and downstream of the flow meter to eliminate the influence of pipeline vibration.

3. Before using the flow meter, slowly open the upstream and downstream valves of the lpg flow meter to avoid damage to the equipment due to excessive airflow.

4. Ambient temperature: Avoid installing the LPG flow meter in places where the ambient temperature changes drastically. If the flowmeter is affected by the thermal radiation of the equipment, insulation and ventilation measures must be taken to ensure its stable operation.

5.Ambient air: Ensure that the flow meter is not placed in an environment containing corrosive gases. If it must be installed due to special circumstances, ventilation facilities must be provided to protect the flow meter.

6 Mechanical vibration and shock: Although the gas turbine flow meter has a sturdy structure, it should still be installed away from mechanical vibration sources or collision shocks when selecting the installation location. If the flow meter needs to be installed on a pipeline with large vibrations, ensure that the pipeline is firmly supported.

8. Space requirements: For easy installation and regular maintenance, sufficient space should be left around the LPG flow meter.
