LPG Gas Safety Valve

The AQF1A，LPG Gas Safety Valve can be used in various pressure vessels and pipelines. It coordinates pressure within the system to maintain liquefied gas within the tank at a safe pressure range, thereby providing safety protection. The operating principle of  the valve is similar to that of a car tire valve. It utilizes an internal spring and piston. When the system pressure exceeds the specified value, it opens, releasing a portion of the gas from the system into the atmosphere. This prevents the system pressure from exceeding the allowable value and restores it to the normal safe range, thereby preventing an explosion in the tank.

1. Prevent overpressure

When storing and using liquefied gas, temperature increases and filling can cause internal pressure to rise. LPG Gas Safety Valve is set to a maximum safe pressure value. When the internal pressure exceeds this value, it automatically opens to release gas and prevent overpressure.

Application

LPG Gas Safety Valves are specifically designed for systems containing mixtures of liquefied petroleum gas, propane, butene, butane, butadiene, and other similar media. Their structure includes a valve body, valve cover, valve seat, valve disc, valve stem, spring, adjustment ring, adjustment screw, and related connecting components. The seal between the valve disc and valve seat is a soft seal. The valves are designed to prevent leakage accidents.
