1, in the installation, we should ensure that the flowmeter inlet pressure is stable, to avoid excessive pressure fluctuations affect the measurement accuracy.
2, if the pipeline inlet pressure is too high, we can take appropriate pressure reduction measures to prevent overloading of the flowmeter.
1, different flowmeter has different working gas temperature and humidity, according to the appropriate temperature and humidity range to choose the flowmeter can be better measurement.
2, in the installation should pay attention to monitoring and protection of temperature and humidity, to avoid too high or too low temperature and humidity on the flowmeter damage.
1, the size and material of the connection pipeline should be matched with the flowmeter, so as to make the gas flowmeter in the smooth flow of gas.
2, to ensure that the connecting pipeline sealing is good, in order to prevent gas leakage, gas leakage will lead to safety accidents.
3、A filter or cleaning device should be set in the connecting pipeline to prevent impurities and particles from entering the flowmeter.
